Refining the Experience
HEURISTIC EVALUATIONWe conducted a
heuristic evaluation due to time constraints that limited usability testing. Collaborating with two student designer participants, alongside our team, our evaluation was design-led, analyzing the app's usability. We identified the interface’s strengths, weaknesses, and actionable improvements to enhance user workflows and streamline navigation.
